What it does

ChromaForge helps turn prompts, palettes, and source images into practical game-art assets: tileable textures, biome colour packs, masks, normal maps, AO, roughness, metallic, height, and packed engine maps.

Why it exists

The goal is to keep fast material experimentation in one place, with exports that are useful for real engine workflows rather than just preview images.
